Random April Pictures

Love mornings like this

Ethan wouldn't stop grabing Lilly's crayons. She got so fed up finally, that she went into Roxy's cage and locked herself inside so that he couldn't take her crayons anymore and she could color in peace. She is the smartest kid ever. Is that not hilarious?

Peek-a-boo!

We have been catching Lilly climbing Ryan's bed. Ugh...

Lilly's first (and I hopefully last) work of art on my walls. We had a srious talk about it and now she will get her crayons and tell me 'Mommy, color paper. No wall!'. lol. I love watching her learn and discover new things. She is very good with learning rules and things. She can count to 10, we are working up to 20 now. She knows her colors as well. I'm going to start with shapes soon for her to learn.

She was putting the foam letters on Ethan's back. She knows they stick on the tub so she applied that logic to putting them on her baby brother. lol

He stands!!!!!! My handsome little man is just getting so big. I'm going to start signing with him in this next month.

Game Ball

Ryan rcently was awarded the game ball AND the hustle band in the same game at baseball. He had a great game and was SO excited to come show me when it was over.

Slides, Swings, and Oher Fun Things

April was gorgeous. We had some beautiful days of great weather. The kids and I spent a lot of time at the park. I knew we had to soak it up before it got too hot to go in the middle of the day. With their nap schedules it's hard to just get out of the house to do anything. Ethan sleeps in the  morning, then Lilly nps, then Ethan takes his second nap right as Lilly wakes up.
I told them both "look at Mommy!' and see what happens?

He was falling asleep

He climbed up almost this whole slide

Lilly LOVES this. I would hold her and slide down and she got SO angry with me. She kept telling me 'no Mommy!' and pushing my arms away. I finally let her do it alone but had her dress (yeah like that was going to help if she let go suddenly, right?). She did it probably 10 times before I re-directed her attention to something else. Every time we go to this park she runs straight to it now.

Above all, my babies love the swings

On this day, Lilly wanted to swing first. She didn't want to get out. I kept asking her 'do you want to go slide?' and she kept telling me 'no, swing first'. She lierally was here for an HOUR swinging. Ethan fell asleep swinging. lol. After an hour I told her it was time to go home.

The last day of April, the splash parks opened. They just built a new one right by my mom's house. Lilly LOVES it. She had such a blast. Ethan isn't too fond of the cold water, and spent the afternoon on my hip. lol.

I love these toddler years. They are so interested in things and are learning so much. Lilly is so smart, she says full sentences, and picks up on things every day. Ethan is on the verge of walking. Things ar finally starting to get easier.

Typical Sunday Morning

My baby nephew, Blake

FUNNNN

Lilly was drinking water from the hose, and Roxy was literally trying to lap it out of her mouth. lol

This was a 'Throwback Thursday' pic. haha! I was about 18 here

So much fun at the childrens museum

Probably myfavorite Easter to date

My big man! He is clapping and standing and just doing so much

She loves to color on the back wall

I left my phone downstairs, and I came back to this as my screen saver. Awww loves my Hubby

Looking at himself in the bathtub

We were in the car and I hear Lilly say 'Elmo, wana puff? Elmo, EAT!'. I looked back in my rear view mirror and she was putting baby puffs in his mouth. hahaha! I had to take a picture when we got to a red light. It was hilarious

Costco carts make having 2 babies under 2 a lot easier! Why doesn't every store do this??

Lilly saw me taking pictures of Ethan the day before, so she said 'Mommy, Lilly picture!' and pointed to the drain in the tub. So of course, I obliged.

Anthony being all inventive and creating a weight lifting contraption out of children's toys... lol
Chillin'

Fight night at our house tired him out!

"We need these matchng car seats for Mommy's car". Yes, they said that. Word for word.

Fight night at our house

I put Blake's basinet together at Nikki's house. Lilly wanted to hang out in the under net

Morning Milk

Sleepy at big brother's baseball game

Ryan got the game ball, and the hustle band at this game! So proud of this little stud muffin!

All 3 wanted to take a bath together after playing outside. They all have a blast. I am so blessed to get to watch them all ineract and love eachother every day.

Breakfast

She literally sat in this swing for an HOUR. Every time I asked if she wanted to slide or something she said 'no, swing first Mommy'. After an hour I was ready to go home! lol.

Ethan

Lilly LOVES the splash park this year. We go all the time now that they are all open.

Ethan found a friend that looked like Roxy, at the park.
